Here you will find what manufacturing process types we can support with specific tools. Whether for serial production, small series or prototypes with planned (and not planned) variants, we have the solution for you!

Plastic Injection Molding

We offer the design and manufacture of injection molds for all common plastics. The material selection of the components to be injected includes the most frequently used plastics (unfilled and filled) such as PP natural, PP-GF20, PP-CaCO3, PA6-GF30, ABS, POM, TPE-S and others). Upon request, we are also able to investigate the possibilities to use rare or specialized resins.

Tool dimensions can range from components the size of cable ties, light guides and clips to electronics housings and covers as well as ventilation grids and containers with >500mm diameter / width. Since we only manufacture steel tools, the advantages for you are the possibility to introduce multiple changes and a high flexibility in shot count.

For more demanding component geometries, there is also the possibility of incorporating sliders, oil cylinders, etc. We clarify all details with you in advance using component drawings and tool specifications.  

Aluminum/Zinc Die Casting

Whether you are looking for handles, brackets, housings, hinges, pulleys or hooks, we provide tooling solutions for small and large parts. Component dimensions can range from 5mm in diameter to 400mm in length / width.

Would your development department like to try out a new concept and you need the highest degree of flexibility with regard to changes and part numbers? Then just have a look and visit our prototype section. Try a small series with us, after completion we will send you the tool and you save weeks compared to waiting for the tool to arrive and producing the small series yourself!

Elastomer Injection Molding & Pressing

Also for rubber or elastomer components, we offer you the design and manufacturing of tools for both injection molding and pressing. EPDM and silicone are predominantly used as component materials, other materials are possible depending on local availability and process variants.

The dimensions (component) range from small buffer elements, grommets and seals of a few millimeters width to gaskets, bellows and hoses of 400mm diameter or length. We also offer insert molding solutions for existing components.

Also for rubber parts we only use steel tools to allow for changes to be flexible and cost-effective.
