This allows you consider in addition to the main criteria the needs of domestic and foreign employees right from the start. Our object documentation is extensive and with strong visual support, so that you only need to be present for the final selection and signature on site. Negotiation of leases as well as all translations are also covered.

Examples

Turnkey Office

A tourist company with an increasing number of Chinese customers wanted to set up a representative office in Shanghai and commissioned a consultant company with the registration. The services did not include remodeling or preparation of the rented office space. Asia Engineering & Tooling Consulting was commissioned to fill this gap and to help with recruitment of personnel in a second step. The contract consisted of the design and interior construction of the premises, provision and integration of IT infrastructure, accessories and registration of utilities, the furnishing and office equipment as well as all the necessary steps to create a truly turnkey office without the need for an employee of the company. All work was carried out while the registration was ongoing and the office handed over to the full satisfaction of the managing director.

Production Outsourcing

A manufacturer of plastic and sheet metal components intended to outsource a part of his production process to China in order to increase his profitability. His desire were reliable partners for production and partial assembly as well as export to Germany. Asia Engineering & Tooling Consulting was commissioned to search and develop a comprehensive strategy for cooperation with local company under German management. We also implemented our concept for protection against loss of intellectual property for a critical assembly unit. The result was a double-digit increase in profitability for the company after less than one year.
